Company Profile:
The Missions Training Center is a Ministry of Houston's First Baptist Church. Our motto is "Loving our neighboor, loving our God." This is what we do here at the Mission Center. We have a food pantry, clothes closet and a Benevolence ministry. We also have many training programs including English as a second language (ESL) and Christian Women's Job Corp (CWJC).

Nomination:
The Missions Training Center is involved in the community 6 days a week. Our Food pantry and clothes closet ministry is open 5 days a week, it is run only by volunteers. People can come and get groceries and clothing. We also have a Benevolence ministry, which is open 4 days a week, in which we help people to pay a portion of their rent, water or gas bill. We provide financial help, provide for the physical needs, but most important we are focused on the communities Spiritual needs. We don't only offer food, clothes, or money, but most importantly we offer counseling and spiritual guidance. We help everyone in Houston, we don't have any zip code restrictions. The Missions Training Center of Houston's First Baptist Church is dedicated to help the needy in the best possible way through financial support and Spiritual guidance.
